2025 Annual Meeting Videos

We are delighted to share the highlights from the 2025 Ag Ventures Alliance Annual Meeting that took place on March 26th at the iconic Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake, Iowa.

Welcome
The day started with Ag Ventures Alliance’s own Head of Platform, Tim Putnam, giving a warm welcome to everyone and introducing Board President Mark Hanna. President Mark Hanna conducted the official business meeting with Sara DeRoo from Christianson CPAs and Consultants presenting the audited financials.

Lightning Round
The Lightning Round with several of our portfolio companies. Attendees were then given time to network and engage with them on a personal basis.

Investor Panel
The Investor Panel was moderated by AgLaunch’s Pete Nelson and featured panelists Liz Keehner – Next Level Ventures, Mikayla Mooney – Ag Startup Engine, and Jordan Colby – Ag Ventures Alliance who shared their insights on “Where Are You Betting Big on AgTech?”

State of the Coop – Spencer Stensrude
Spencer Stensrude’s “State of the Coop” address provided a quick summary of the year’s achievements and the vision for the future.

Guest Speaker – Keith Berns
The keynote speech by Keith Berns, from Green Cover Seed, spoke on the subject “Being Innovative In A Status Quo World”.

Farmer Trial Panels
The Farmer Trial Panel, moderated by AgVA’s Farm Trial and Member Success Specialist, Loran Steinlage, featured panelists Keith Berns – Green Cover Seed, Dan Schultz – Ag Done Different, Helle Ruddenklau – AgVA Member from Amity Oregon, and Joe Rowe – AgVA Member from Manly Iowa, who shared their views on the topic “Bridging the Gap Between Founders, Investors, and Farmers in AgTech”.
